General Manager

The Client
A UK wide Hotel Group with an impressive portfolio\'s of hotels and with extensive conference , exhibition and training facilities at all venues .
Having recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment, which has included the development of new Executive bedrooms and suites to complement its existing bedroom capacity, in the region of 120+. The facility also has benefited from the \'state of the art\' refurbishment of its 15 meeting and training rooms, within its landscaped grounds.
As a result they are currently seeking to strengthen their Senior Management team, by the appointment of an experienced Hotel General Manager, for this property based in the West Midlands, with easy access to the Motorway network
The Role
As a successful Hotel General Manager with a proven track record of achievement, you will be responsible for the full profit and loss of the operation, so will have had previous success within a hotel / conference lead business and be looking to expand your experience within a larger property.
You will be ambitious with a progressive commercial and entrepreneurial approach and have the ability to lead, motivate and develop passionate teams focused on service delivery excellence.
In addition you will need strong cost, payroll and revenue management experience, with minute attention to detail, to maximise business opportunities and potential.
